We started eating a wholly plant-based diet after watching Forks over Knives one evening. What started out as just a week-long experiment, soon ended up becoming permanent fixture in our lives and one that we're very passionate about. Not only did we see great health gains by converting to this diet, but it's great to know that we're doing a small bit for our planet too!
